just a few minutes from the shops, restaurants, and exciting
nightlife of Playa de las Americas. The units are built in typical
Andalusian style, all with satellite television. The resort is close
to the exclusive Puerto Colon marina, and you can enjoy all the
facilities of the harbour, including the Torviscas beach. On-site
facilities include a snack bar, a jacuzzi, a fine swimming pool with
its own bar, a children's play area with a paddle pool and many
restaurants and shops nearby

DIRECTIONS
BY AIR: Nearest airport: Reina Sofia - Tenerife South 19.5km. BY
ROAD: From theairport, follow signs to Los Cristianos - TF1. Take
exit 30 (Torviscas/Playa Fanabe)Turn right (small sign for Torviscas)
and turn right again (back over the motorway). Go down the hill,
passing the Mareverde complex and the Iberostar Torviscas Playa on
the right. Take the next right turn into calle Valencia. Sunset
Harbour is at the bottom of the road and on the left- hand side. The
reception and the resort is located within the Pueblo Torviscas
complex on the left hand side.

Units are studios for 2 with double-sofa bed, 1 bedroom units for 4
with zip-up twin beds which can make a double bed and a double sofa
bed and 2 bedroom units for 6 with zip-up twin beds, ordinary twin
beds and a double sofa bed. Units have jacuzzis. All units have an
iron/ironing board, hairdryer, satellite tv and a telephone. The
partial kitchen has a microwave with grill A charge account must be
set up upon arrival, this can be paid by credit card or in cash.
This is refundable if unused. It is used to pay for any items
purchased on-site; telephone calls etc. A coin-operated laundry is
on-site. There is daily maid service (not Sundays), towels are
changed twice and sheets once a week. A welcome pack is available
upon request from reception for a charge. Pets are not allowed.
Parking at the resort is limited. Free cots/highchairs can be
requested in advance from the resort, as can special requests. Pool
towels can be hired from reception. Units in 'Q','P' & 'M' block may

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
OF THE UNITS MUST BE ADHERED TO. THE RESORT WILL NOT UPGRADE THE
UNIT SIZE UPON ARRIVAL.
