Las Rosas has a prime location on the south west coast of sunny
Tenerife. Within a ten minute walk is the small lively town of Los
Gigantes, which boasts a marina, a small beach, numerous shops, bars
and restaurants. The hillside position of the complex allows superb
views across the sea to the magnificent cliffs after which the town
is named. This resort offers peace and relaxation to its visitors,
although the area is not suitable for those with walking
difficulties. The apartments are all simply furnished and situated
on two floors.

BY ROAD: From
the airport, follow signs to Los Cristianos - TF1, PassLos
Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Adeje. At the roundabout, go
left, following signs for Los Gigantes (TF47). Go through Armenime,
pass Playa San Juan and through Alcala, continuing to follow the
TF47 signs. At the end of the TF47, turn left to Los Gigantes
(TF1481). Follow the road down the hill for about 1km. At the
roundabout, go across towards Puerto de Santiago. At the
mini-roundabout, turn right and right again at the Las Rosas sign.
The resort is at the end of the road. There is an airport in the
north - Los Rodeos - 110km.

There are one bed units for four and
two two bed. units for six. All units have single beds. The sofas
are not convertible but Z-beds are provided on request. Please
contact the resort in advance to advise the occupancy of the unit.
All kitchens are full with four hob rings, an oven, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle, hand-blender a washing machine, iron and ironing
board. The units do not have television nor phone A television
lounge is available above the reception. The units are cleaned once
a week and towels are changed once a week. Please advise the resort
if you will be arriving after the official check-in time which is
6:00. Please note that the resort cannot upgrade you to a larger unit
upon arrival. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded( adults,
children and babies count alike). One member of the party must be at
least 21 years of age. There is a standard electricity charge

WORK IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RESORT LAS ROSAS. UNITS MOST AFFECTED
ARE 10-21 AND 52.
